I had so many questions she enthusiastically answered and managed to help me find the property I needed. Every time she gave me a prompt response which supported solving my questions. One of the standout qualities of Mr. Hodgson-Coakley was his genuine care for his clients. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions, solving all the remaining problems with restoring the Property and addressing any concerns I had. Mr Hodgson-Coakley went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently and effectively. He demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication, promptly responding to emails and phone calls, and consistently keeping me updated on anything of relevance. Moreover, Mr. Hodgson-Coakley's expertise with contractors and knowledge of the local market were invaluable. 11th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)KFH Chiswick were very helpful in getting the sale of my property completed. In particular, I would like to say that Craig Dougan was incredibly helpful. The sale process was quite long-winded but Craig never lost his patience, was very professional and always looked for ways that any issues could be resolved. I had to go into hospital for a bit but I knew that Craig would be looking after my interests and keeping me informed as necessary. Thank you very much indeed to KFH and Craig!

The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.
15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles. After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons, we were assured it would be fully furnished, but when we arrived, furniture promised in the flat, such as a sofa, was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them. We were offered a small compensation amount, and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs, she threatened to hold the money they offered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.- 3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We just bought through Hamptons Ealing. Selina and Mark were fantastic, really friendly and helpful - everything from additional visits post exchange through to saving the house from rogue parakeets in the run up to completion!

2nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Christian Whittaker has been excellent in assisting us with the purchase of the property from start to finish. He always returns phone calls and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently. As the seller of the property now lives in New Zealand, and because the time difference sometimes made obtaining information difficult, Christian went the extra mile to ensure that things went very smoothly. We have been very impressed with him and would definitely recommend the Chiswick branch of Savills, and especially Christian, to anyone.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Their digital marketing is best in class, with good photos and thorough information. Unlike other competitors, you are made to feel valued and your time is not wasted. In person they are also very kind and service oriented and they know Ealing well.

I know short term lets are hard to come by in this area and are traditionally expensive. However, Juliano has secured a competitively priced flat in our desired location at Luminosity Court, West Ealing.
