15th Aug 2024 (27 days ago)We listed our house with Savills before and our experience was terrible. Just by chance received a note from Bernard Marcus and we are so glad we changed agents. There service is 10/10 i will make sure anyone i know sells their property through these agents. Never had to chase they were on top of everything.. very helpful and very efficient we sold our hoise within 8 weeks of being registered with them.. thank you so much in particular Kelly, Sally and Imogen.

Finally, we moved into the house which was in a good condition, but things can happen. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding support provided by our property manager, Lucy Desborough from Chiswick Hamptons office. Whenever we faced problems with our rental house, a heating system or keys left inside the house, or had concerns with our landlord, Lucy was there to help. Her prompt response, effective communication, and ability to find solutions truly made a difference. Even when Lucy was not in the office, her colleagues were ready to help us. We can highly recommend their services to any tenant looking for a reliable and supportive property manager.

The team had a clear plan for the initial marketing based on local knowledge and they carried out that plan effectively. Issam, Karen and Heather then dealt with any bumps in the road during the process from acceptance of an offer to completion of the sale.
22nd Aug 2024 (20 days ago)Me and my Mum had found it very difficult originally to find a property to rent for an upcoming start of university. We had arranged viewings with multiples letting agents but decided to just ‘pop’ into KFH the morning of, just to check if they had any properties that would work for us, as we were very much struggling when searching. Within 5 minutes of us entering the office, we had 2 viewings for that same day for 2 flats that met all of our requirements! Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and beyond helpful, making our experience personal and our needs very much heard. Especially as she was so honest about properties and the safety in surrounding areas which we found was very rare when viewing properties. By the end of the day, we had become successful in putting an offer in on a flat that we loved, with the professionalism and help of Alistair (who was brilliant too!) The team are amazing and are truly a force to be reckoned with. I could not recommend the team here anymore, so much so, our other friends were in contact with them the next day in viewing a property, and found one too! The proof is in the pudding :)The care that each staff member took was brilliant and if we were to ever need to flat search again in Chiswick, we would only use KFH. The absolute best!
21st Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Very good agents, answer promptly to requests and have an online service to report house damages that need repairs, and they come very fast to fix them. Also no problem in getting our deposit back.
31st May 2024 (15 weeks ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

31st Aug 2024 (11 days ago)Unfortunately despite leaving a property that they managed I’ve learnt that they disclosed personal information to third parties to more than one person. I tried making contact with them as a complaint multiple times but they refused to respond. Obviously this is a breach of GDPR and have once again been referred to the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) It was because of me in the first instance they became legally registered with them when I did a legal referral to the ICO after finding out they weren’t registered and didn’t wish to be contrary to the law. They completely understood the challenges that I was facing and went beyond expectations to support me making the sale through. Some examples include showing a viewing on Sunday just to accommodate the viewer, providing number of supporting materials around the cladding etc and so forth. Louise, Michelle and Dara did so much and I cannot thank them enough.
16th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)Using a smaller Estate Agent like Garrisons, gave us a much more personalised experience as opposed to the larger chains that were a lot less personal - response rates were better & having one agent assigned to our property meant that he knew it better.

1st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have used Xavis for the past 11 years. At first they handled the letting of my flat with several changes of tenants. Once I decided to sell they also handled selling of the property. Throughout they have been easy to work with and keeping me informed about anything requiring my attention. As an overseas landlord it was a huge comfort to know that Xavis was there to handle questions and maintenance. Even when one of the tenants stopped paying, Xavis guided me through the process of taking them to court for eviction. The selling process was not straightforward, due to the economic climate, but still Xavis kept their cool and managed to secure the sale. I would recommend them to any would be landlord and also for property sales.

Over the last four months, from that first property viewing all the way to completion (and even beyond), they’ve been nothing short of amazing. With other agents, I’d met them at the property and had to make my way there on foot. Adam lined up 3 properties to view at a time that suited my schedule and went above and beyond by driving me to see them in his car. Not only was he friendly and informative, he was highly knowledgeable about the area.
