22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

24th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have to share the scoop on my recent run-in with Rolfe East. It was a rollercoaster, and I'm waving the red flag for anyone thinking about buying a property with them. So, we had this agent, Ash, all smiles during viewings, making us think we found our dream home. But it was just the beginning of their little game. They kept bugging us until we hit an offer that seemed to hook the landlord. Pumped us up, saying, "We are delighted that your offer has been accepted!" But guess what? Next day, they hit us with an email saying someone else threw in a bit more, and we're out. And get this – after all that drama, they had the audacity to ask for an extra 5k to seal the deal. When Ash mentioned many times that he dealt with the landlord in the past and was sure that just a much bigger offer would have made them change their mind! Long story short: Save yourself some time. They're playing games and messing with people's dreams. Save yourself the stress and find an agency that's not all about the shady business.
3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Wow! We had one of the most complex house buying processes out there and through it all Sinton Andrews, specifically Rob was there to walk us through it. Rob is thoughtful and thorough. There is no question, this experience cannot be beat. It’s the special combination of being a family operated, local business with people that actually care that make Sinton Andrews so special. We have already recommended them to friends and I look forward to using them/Rob in the future (albeit very distant).

Moving to a new country is not an easy task but with the team at Swon & Co, it became a lot easier. The support and friendly guidance they provided at every step was very valuable. The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.

When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

Over the past three years, the Gardiner and the staff there have been providing me professional advices on prospective purchase of property, careful services and timely preparation of the tenancy agreement including apt details as well as meticulous discharge of the tenancy conditions. Their services has always been prompt, appropriate and bespoke. Certainly the best agency in Ealing and worthy of commendation is the Gardiner.

29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
6th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Avoid this agency AT ANY COST! Even if they give you a flat for free. They are not responsive at all even in serious situations like pest control problems with their flats. Their response to a bed bug issue reported was to wash the bedsheets and hoover! Completely unacceptable and irresponsible answer for such a serious matter. Their job is to manage flats not just collect their commission from the rent! Worst agents ever dealt with!!!!
