He was very knowledgeable and understood the local market quite well so we took his advice and sold our leasehold flat for exactly what he predicted. The flat was not occupied and we were relieved that Miles can take over and be in charge of all viewings etc.

He went out of his way to get things done in a quite complex set up (relocation, referencing, timeline shift etc.) and was available on weekends and late nights to hand over keys and get things over the line. Really appreciated! Strong communicator and flat was as promised - 10/10 / thanks Charlie!

He took his time explaining and helping me throughout the process. Everyone I came across worked professionally and friendly. 7th Jul 2025 (1 day ago)Investing in property is one of the most stressful things that one can do but I have found my purchase to be the least stressful process around and that is all thanks to the incredible team at Marsh and Parsons Holland park and particularly Will Dyke and Freddie Elliott. Will contacted me regarding an apartment he thought was perfect for me. It was strange as we just had one call but somehow he was able to really understand exactly what I was looking for. I saw the place and wanted to make an offer straight away, something I had never experienced before. Will helped not only in helping find a perfect property but also in providing additional support in terms of mortgage broker, surveyors and a solicitor all who definitely brought their A game in the process. We closed in record time way under two months and Will was always there checking in every few days making sure everything was running smoothly. Thanks so much Will, you were fantastic and I will be sure to recommend you to any other person looking for their ideal home.

19th May 2022 (3 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

Nadine, Bojan and Oliver were consistently helpful, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help me through every stage. They were always available and ready to answer my questions, and helped solve a few issues, which made the whole process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Churchill & Mathesons if you’re looking to rent a property.

27th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)I've been looking for a home for a while now and have come across many estate agents. None quite like Alice Oaten. She's very personable. Listens to what you're saying and what you're looking for and most importantly, she's honest. A rare breed amongst estate agents. With Alice you'll be well looked after and treated like the human you are looking for a home and not the next commission.
24th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

But Platon made the whole experience incredibly smooth and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in detail and never rushed me, making sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. The flat itself is absolutely amazing—great quality, well-maintained, and exactly what I was hoping for. I genuinely feel lucky to have found such a nice place to call home. Even after signing the contract, Platon continued to check in on me—not just about the flat, but about how I was settling into life in London. That kind of care and support meant so much. It didn’t feel like I was just signing a rental agreement—it felt like I was starting a happy new chapter in my life with someone genuinely rooting for me. Any faults with the property are quickly remediated, and the agency is very responsive to queries in general. Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. She’s really communicative and lovely, and her wider team are always a pleasure to deal with. Special shout out to Charity and James (director) for all of their hard work in getting the sale through. Will definitely use Cowandco again for any future sales. They also rented my flat for me for 2+ years and always got me excellent tenants. Thanks guys x
26th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)Suela Kingji has been the most irresponsible person I have ever dealt with. I’ve been repeatedly calmed down by my partner not to take action, but today’s experience went above and beyond — unfortunately, not in a positive way. Since placing an offer to rent the flat, I’ve been ignored, had calls unreturned, and messages unanswered. On the day of key collection, no one seemed aware we were collecting them, and no one contacted us — I had to chase it myself. The property inventory hasn’t been completed within 29 days and had taken place at 7pm on the day when I had most personal items in the property. The requested deep cleaning promised by Suela wasn’t done. Issues raised during the viewing — such as electricity problems and missing bulbs — were ignored, not done after we moved in. My fiancée found broken glass pieces on the carpet. The bathroom electricity doesn’t work properly, and now, just 1 day after moving during the long weekend, the power has gone out completely and can do nothing about it as today is bank holiday. I found an email in my spam folder explaining that it’s a top-up meter, which I cannot access or top up today because didn’t have account and it’s bank holiday - so tonight staying in previous property over night. Absolutely awful experience. I hope Stirling Ackroyd management will pay attention to what extend this has gone.
