In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

John has been amazing at dealing with any issues and the ability to contact them on phone, email or whatsapp is great. We had a power issue out of their control over Christmas and New Year, and their service could not have been any better. The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. They were very easy to deal with and answered all our queries/questions in a timely manner and helped when we had any issues with the flat. Living in London you have to move more often than you sometimes want and it is very nice to deal with nice and helpful estate agents that feels like they are on your side and not only want money from you. I cant not recommend them enough.

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.
