From the start, their advice has been both timely and appropriate – particularly as we are 100 miles away. We valued their local knowledge, friendly updates and sound advice. They understood both the potential and shortcomings of the unusual property we had to sell. I would happily recommend Fletchers for the sale of property in the Chiswick area.

Craig has been hugely supportive and empathetic in his dealings with me and Liam has done a fantastic job keeping the communication channel with vendors continuously open. It was definitely a team effort and I’d recommend KFH Chiswick services to anyone looking.

In particular, Camilla Craven is of such high stature when it comes to finding (and securing) your new home. Camilla's care, courtesy and ability to help you is remarkable. I couldn't recommend her and D&G more highly.

10th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I really appreciate Chestertons taking action based on the previous feedback. Agreement has since been reached and the deposit released. Previous feedback on March 2024: I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)This is probably more of a glassdoor review but i want everyone to get an idea of how this company actually works! I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health. Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better. I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients. One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences. Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!

Throughout this contract period, Circa provided me with excellent services and most helpful assistance in relation to the letting of property. The team is professional and fair to all parties. They had done an excellent job in finding new tenant for another letting term.
