Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property. Would highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is efficient, passionate and knows their industry for your property needs.

The sale agent Carlos has only his own interest (or the seller) at heart, was not helpful, and slow response, and always made us feel, the buyer of the place, a burden. Any questions we had felt it was not responded correctly, or ignored so the buyer cannot find the true state of the home. It made the whole buying process painful. A feedback which we have shared to himself.

It is obvious that the estate agents are motivated solely by the commission they earn and that they do not care about tenant experience. Expect an uphill battle with your landlord as this company will consistently disappoint you as they attempt to appease their primary source of income (landlords). The estate agent rushed us through mediocre properties when we were trying to find a flat, the property manager was combative at best when we tried resolving maintenance issues, our flat was not professionally cleaned upon move in (there were still dirty dishes still in the dishwasher) yet they required us to pay for a professional cleaning upon move out , and it was always evident when dealing with this agency that there is zero communication within a small office on rental issues.- 5th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)Really enjoyed working with Kim and the team on the acquisition of 4 flats in Green Park. 18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
