Towards the business end they were very supportive and communicative which really helped us to progress. I viewed a lot of house and I'm glad I could by a Barnard one. 24th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have to share the scoop on my recent run-in with Rolfe East. It was a rollercoaster, and I'm waving the red flag for anyone thinking about buying a property with them. So, we had this agent, Ash, all smiles during viewings, making us think we found our dream home. But it was just the beginning of their little game. They kept bugging us until we hit an offer that seemed to hook the landlord. Pumped us up, saying, "We are delighted that your offer has been accepted!" But guess what? Next day, they hit us with an email saying someone else threw in a bit more, and we're out. And get this – after all that drama, they had the audacity to ask for an extra 5k to seal the deal. When Ash mentioned many times that he dealt with the landlord in the past and was sure that just a much bigger offer would have made them change their mind! Long story short: Save yourself some time. They're playing games and messing with people's dreams. Save yourself the stress and find an agency that's not all about the shady business.

19th May 2022 (1 year ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Orlando Reid have been responsible for letting my flat in Clapham for several years. They have been excellent. They are professional, helpful and efficient. They have also looked after my tenants very well. More recently, they have acted as the sole agent for selling the flat. They have, again, proven to be perfect. In particular I have valued the advice of Tom Butler and Armond Ghahramani who are handling the sale. They have been outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with them. Tom, In particular has taken a proactive approach to the sale, kept me well in the picture, dealt with both my and the buyer's solicitors and steered us through several complicated stages with great efficiency and helpfulness. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering either letting or selling a property in the Clapham area.

14th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)As an overseas landlord we heavily rely on a property management company and hands down i can say Doyle's are so helpful and efficient. their attention to detail and time spent managing our property is far more than most would offer and certainly far more than i get by those that look after properties closer to home. i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to look after any property.

As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

2nd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Christian Whittaker has been excellent in assisting us with the purchase of the property from start to finish. He always returns phone calls and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently. As the seller of the property now lives in New Zealand, and because the time difference sometimes made obtaining information difficult, Christian went the extra mile to ensure that things went very smoothly. We have been very impressed with him and would definitely recommend the Chiswick branch of Savills, and especially Christian, to anyone.

1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We just finished working with Louise Jones and her team (primarily Michelle and Laura) on the sale of our terraced house in Chiswick. We interviewed a lot of local agencies, and we can confidently say that we really made the right decision— they were simply incredible. We were moving abroad on a tight timeline and were by no means the easiest clients; and we had quite a lot of other factors that had to be taken into account. Louise’s valuation of the house was exponentially higher than other firms and because Horton & Garton worked to identify the right kinds of buyers, we had three offers (two well over ask) within three days of being on the market. H&G treat each property as a bespoke sale and it really shows— not to mention the fact that they’re really communicative, friendly and warm people; just an all around pleasure to work with. Louise had previously set the record price for a terraced house on our street last year when she sold our neighbour's house— and now she’s broken her own record!

Wish I could give a 0 (zero) to this real estate because I have heard your customer having so many issues that I am compelled to write this review. Not reverting and no timely action taken to address the issues. Absolutely zero maintenance and treatment to the tenants is ridiculous. It is high time authorities take action on this real estate.

Their digital marketing is best in class, with good photos and thorough information. Unlike other competitors, you are made to feel valued and your time is not wasted. In person they are also very kind and service oriented and they know Ealing well.
