In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

Sometimes you meet someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and refreshingly human in a way that is all too rare and Paul is exactly that. He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. His support throughout the process has meant a great deal. Buying our home through Paul has been an emotional journey, and he has handled it with real care and heart. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt supported. They have excellent knowledge of the Ealing market, and their advice helped achieve a successful sale. I truly felt they went above and beyond to get the best outcome for me. I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone buying or selling in Ealing – they are the best estate agents in the area. 5th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

A special mention has to go to Harry, the manager -he is absolutely outstanding. His dedication ,knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond is rare . Aston Rowe are very much a part of the Acton Community and a really super agent for sales and rentals .

She was incredibly responsive throughout, always easy to get hold of on WhatsApp and quick to answer any questions. Didn't have to chase anything, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. Overall a smooth experience and I'd have no hesitation recommending her.
