Helyn went out of her way during the process to keep the purchase on track. She listened, acted and was extremely warm and encouraging through the tricky parts. Thank you also to Michael and James who helped along the way. We dealt with a lot of estate agents in the past year and Goview shone out for their genuine and caring approach, exactly what you need when selling homes. We highly recommend!

24th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. My stepdaughter and her friends rented a student property, and throughout their tenancy, maintenance issues were completely ignored. The agency was impossible to get hold of, leaving the property in poor condition for months. At the end of the tenancy, they unjustly withheld the deposit, forcing the girls to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme to get it back. Thankfully, the scheme sided with them today, but it makes me wonder how many other students this agency is exploiting, hoping they won't fight back. Avoid at all costs!

3rd Jun 2025 (10 days ago)May be they are good for the landlords who hire them to get good tenants ripped off when ending the contract from their deposit, no matter how good a tenant you are, even not missing a single rent to landlord. RWhitely uses all the tricks available to them to get some share of the deposit from the tenants. Howsy who were managing the property before were quite professional and impartial in dealing with tenants but RWhitely not. If anybody renting their property through RWhitely they must be carefully check their check in inventory and also suggest to take loads of photos of the property for record.

6th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)Six Months of Rodent Infestation Six Months of Rodent Infestation – No Real Resolution We’ve endured six months of rodent infestation in a property managed by The Chant Group, and the experience has been appalling. Despite countless emails, pest control reports, and even rodents getting into our bedroom and personal belongings, the issue was never taken seriously. Instead of acting on clear professional advice for structural proofing, we were sent a handyman who carried out poor patch-up work — which pest control later confirmed was inadequate. The problem has repeatedly been downplayed, communication has been inconsistent, and there's been no meaningful accountability or urgency. We’ve had to throw away contaminated items, constantly disinfect our home, and live with stress and disruption for half a year. For a premium rent, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting a property managed by The Chant Group.
22nd May 2025 (22 days ago)We recently dealt with an agent from the Foxtons Shepherds Bush & Brook Green branch and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The agent, Olivia, appeared disorganised and unprofessional during our interactions, leading to a waste of time and effort on our part. There was a lack of clear communication and follow-through, which left us feeling let down by the service. We expected a higher standard of professionalism from a well-known agency like Foxtons.
