24th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I have to share the scoop on my recent run-in with Rolfe East. It was a rollercoaster, and I'm waving the red flag for anyone thinking about buying a property with them. So, we had this agent, Ash, all smiles during viewings, making us think we found our dream home. But it was just the beginning of their little game. They kept bugging us until we hit an offer that seemed to hook the landlord. Pumped us up, saying, "We are delighted that your offer has been accepted!" But guess what? Next day, they hit us with an email saying someone else threw in a bit more, and we're out. And get this – after all that drama, they had the audacity to ask for an extra 5k to seal the deal. When Ash mentioned many times that he dealt with the landlord in the past and was sure that just a much bigger offer would have made them change their mind! Long story short: Save yourself some time. They're playing games and messing with people's dreams. Save yourself the stress and find an agency that's not all about the shady business.

The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.
15th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

Over the past three years, the Gardiner and the staff there have been providing me professional advices on prospective purchase of property, careful services and timely preparation of the tenancy agreement including apt details as well as meticulous discharge of the tenancy conditions. Their services has always been prompt, appropriate and bespoke. Certainly the best agency in Ealing and worthy of commendation is the Gardiner.

On top of that he was so supportive when we moved into the property, helping us find the right suppliers for our immediate needs, since we live abroad. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

21st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have to do this review. This particular Marsh & Parsons has an amazing, hard-working, letting agent. Her name is Aya safa her character is very upbeat. She knows exactly what clients are looking for and will try her best to meet their criteria. Even do the rental property market is very competitive, she did make a lot of effort to find a place with our budget and negotiation skills. Unfortunately dexters found us place. But I definitely highly recommend Aya safa, the letting agent, and this Marsh&Parsons branch if you are looking area of W6 and W12- 24th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)We had a difficult and drawn out sale due to market conditions. The team at Chiswick KF were super helpful and proactive throughout.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!
27th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
9th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We lived in an apartment managed by Madison Brook, and even though the entire tenancy was a nightmare, Edward was the only agent who helped us throughout the entire year. We were supposed to drop our keys at one of their offices; however, we couldn't because they were very far away, and we had to work. In the end, Edward managed to come and get the keys on a Saturday, even though he was not our agent. He is the only person I can recommend at MB! Very polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for a client. Well done, and thank you for your help!
