She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

5th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)Very unprofessional. I had a viewing appointment earlier this week. Someone at B & M indicated that the property was currently occupied by tenants and I waited for an appointment. I didn't get any email / text confirmation. However, the person at B & M insisted all is booked and I can come down to the location on the day. On the day of the appointment, no one turned up there. I phoned the office only to note that the property was already sold. Properties get sold, not a problem, but what happened to the curtesy aspect - a real time waster.

One Kings Court, 153/155 High Street, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 2ER(95 reviews)2nd Oct 2024 (21 days ago)I was selling house in late 2023, early 2024. long story short, the buyer revised offer, I acted against Rolstons advice at the time and the deal fell through, house was eventfully sold through another agent with even lower market price. It was partially due to a difficult market, partially my own fault didn't listen. However, Rolstons have been hands down the best agents for me, I was always kept in the loop by Matthew and Paul even out side office hours, they are very experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
