8th Feb 2025 (11 mo. ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

Enquired for a house to let, viewied it with Steven, he was lovely and professional, got accepted for the house, paid a holding deposit, then we had a complication with my partner, which we sorted. Damien was now dealing with our letting who told us about our complication. I've just seen the house has been re-listed and I had no update, I phoned the on the deadline day Damien gave me for an update and I was told by Ruby 'he's on his lunch he will phone you back' I had no call back, no voicemail, no email, nothing, and now I see my house I paid a holding deposit on has been re-listed, absolutely fuming!!
2nd Sep 2025 (20 weeks ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

10th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!
