17th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Leo the Branch Manager was fabulous. He maintained contact, fouup all communication and feedback and always arryon time for viewings. Can’t fault the service at all, highly recommended. Service and communication stood out way higher than previous agents in Evesham that we tried to sell with.

Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.- 9th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We sold and bought through Knight Frank and would highly recommend. All staff we had touch points with were so friendly, helpful, professional and prompt with responses. Particular praise goes to Gemma Hutton who went above and beyond from the outset. She was invaluable when chasing various parties when our exchange hit several roadblocks further up the chain. Gemma kept us regularly fully informed and worked tirelessly to help secure our exchange. Her dedication and highly personable personality made what was a stressful situation (through no fault of Knight Frank) much more palatable. A huge thank you to Gemma and the Knight Frank team.

A superb effort by the whole team to sell our house in a tricky climate. Tori did an amazing job with fantastic professional photos, virtual video tour and viewings while Charlie proactively kept me up-to-date with upcoming viewings and the required feedback from those viewings. Post initial sale, Dionne then ensured that conveyancing did not bog us down and we both proactively pushed it over the line. Great job Peter Ball Tewkesbury..Thank you!

The professionalism of this firm is far and away the best we have come across in all of our dealings with Estate Agents and we could not finish without specifically mentioning Kemal Itah who epitomises the firm’s professionalism and was such a pleasure to deal with.

It took barely 3 months from start to finish, was organised very efficiently and effectively and successfully concluded without any hitches. PLJ have managed our house a rental property for years now and both rental and sales have proved excellent. Highly recommended

1st May 2024 (12 weeks ago)I try to keep an eye out for properties that are empty and vulnerable close to my house but sadly am instead treated like I'm being nosy. Shame as I used to work st Connells. Also so many rented properties are not being maintained and are dragging areas down.

She could not have been more supportive and knowledgeable, we had very very difficult solicitors and really fought in our corner to get our sale completed.
