On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Anytime things needed chasing, especially with the solicitors, she was on it straight away and kept everything moving. Took a lot of the stress out of it for me. She went above and beyond and made it feel a lot more personal than just a standard service. Would definitely recommend her to anyone going through a purchase.

They arranged a number of viewings for a Saturday and by Monday morning I had an offer accepted, so much quicker than I expected. Thank you to Carolyn Fairhurst, she kept me updated, and made the whole thing feel straightforward. The agents social media presence and marketing were spot on. I’d happily recommend Atlas to anyone looking to sell. Thank you to the team for a job well done.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay. His advice throughout was invaluable in what became a very pressured sale. Everyone in the company used their expertise to complete the transaction and we had every confidence in their work. I cannot think of any other agency where you have direct access to the company directors. Both Alex and Fran are not only professional, but also approachable and trustworthy at all times. All the office staff are exemplary, but a special mention for Molly whose hard work and determination knew no bounds.
