They explained how the sale would proceed and kept us updated to how things were going after each viewing. The staff members showing potential buyers around had made sure they knew the property. The service we received was excellent and they made our moving experience less stressful than it could have been. We would recommend Raine & Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

20th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.

13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Cassidy & Tate, and in particular working with Duncan, who was excellent throughout the entire process. From the outset, Duncan moved quickly to get the property listed, organising photography and even helping arrange the EPC, which made a big difference in getting everything live without delay. The listing was handled brilliantly, and within just two weeks we had two strong offers. What really stood out was Duncan’s communication. He was always incredibly responsive, proactive and never made any question feel like a chore. After every viewing, he provided clear updates, which gave us real confidence and kept us fully informed at each stage. He also went above and beyond in practical ways, such as letting the surveyor in when we couldn’t be there, which really helped keep things moving smoothly during a busy period. On top of all that, Duncan is personable, considerate and clearly takes pride in doing a great job for his clients. We dealt solely with him throughout and thanks to his efforts, the whole process felt far more straightforward than it could have been. We couldn’t recommend Duncan and Cassidy & Tate more highly.

Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. She really was a lovely person.<br>So thanks Hobdays, see you again in the future. Thanks for selling flat in Seabrook Court. Lesley

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!
