Unfortunately following Ken’s death it was clear my sister was unable yo look after herself, thus she was moved to a care home and the property marketed. Owing to their ages the property was not maintained to original standards which created difficulties for some potential buyers. During this period the staff at Auckland Estates, particularly Grace and Paul, worked tirelessly in achieving a sale at an acceptable price, while acting fairly with both myself and the ultimate buyer. As such I am happy to recommend the service provided as professional, friendly and supportive.

A special mention to Gary Young, the manager, who was extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout. They went above and beyond to help make a challenging process as smooth as possible, and I’m very grateful for all their help. Thank you to the whole team!

It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a great service.<br><br>A huge thank you to Greta and Miriam — you are both fantastic!
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We purchased a new home in Brookmans Park through this estate agency in 2024. Although they have a very good selection of properties, we were unfortunately disappointed with the service we received during the buying process.<br><br>After viewing the property, we informed the agency that we wanted to proceed with the purchase. However, we experienced significant communication problems during the mortgage process. In both telephone conversations and email correspondence, we did not receive the courtesy, attention or support we expected. This left us feeling that completing the sale and earning the commission mattered more than customer satisfaction.<br><br>Once the legal process was complete, the key handover also felt rushed. A member of staff from the office met us outside the property in the morning, handed over the keys and quickly left.<br><br>Overall, despite their good property portfolio, their communication and customer service fell short of our expectations. For such an important purchase, we would have expected a more considerate and supportive approach.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. "oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. 27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

They were simply outstanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran viewed the property and instantly understood the key attributes of the house from my perspective which means so much when selling a home. John provided fantastic guidance and support from a marketing perspective and, in collaboration with Ciaran, was in constant touch through the viewing period. Once I had received an offer, Michele supported me throughout the sales process and was simply outstanding. Her communication and guidance was exceptional and so appreciated. Their marketing and advertising was slick, their arrangements for viewings, feedback, local property activity knowledge and pricing guidance was professional, honest and always delivered regularly, with consideration of their seller's wellbeing, during a normally stressful process. Once a buyer was secured, updates were timely and proactive. I cannot endorse Connells as a whole brand, but from my personal experience with Sam, Carmen and the rest of the team at Marshallswick, I'd 100% recommend them to sell your property...
