Nothing was ever a problem and everything dealt with in a very friendly and pleasant manner. I was kept up to date on the sale process of the property at all times. I would definitely choose them again and recommend to family and friends. A very big thank you.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

With the eccentricities of the UK housing market, sometimes you need a bit of X factor and luck to get a house purchase or sale through. Jess brings that X factor ! Full of energy, smarts and dedication and very warm-hearted too - she was brilliant from start to house purchase.

Dev handled the process of renting and I must say he is a tough one , keeps to the books , no short cuts , tries to be considerate while not compromising the company’s rules and regulations. He knows his job and gets it done. And off course, Bobby a sweet human and very considerate and very helpful.

The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. That said, this is a relatively small point and does not take away from the excellent service we received overall.<br><br>Wrights Estate Agents are a professional, reliable and approachable team, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Hatfield.<br><br>Thank you once again to James and the entire Wrights Estate Agents team for your help and support throughout our purchase.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I had my dads house on the market with another estate agent for several months with very little pogress.<br>I decided to change to Leabrooks and the change was amazing even from the first meeting. Andrew was so much more dynamic and positive, and very honest which was refreshing.<br>The whole Team kept us updated at every stage, and if there were problems outside there remit they knew someone that could, and did help.<br>There was also a clear strategy if the house wasn't attracting interest, which definatly worked in our case.<br>Could not recommend Leabrooks highly enough
