Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. If you are looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, patient, budget-conscious, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right property, I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Englands Estate Agents are a local independent Estate Agency, based in Harborne, Birmingham. They were really helpful when I purchased the flat back in 2018. I had no hesitation in going back to them and instructing them with the sale some years later. Excellent service, professional advice and as a local independent agent they were able to manage the sale effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy or sell in Harborne/Edgbaston.
21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.

I lived in their property for 2 years and I can say that they are experts in maintenance. I recommend them highly to any homeowner or tenant. What an unforgettable customer service experience, for all the wrong reasons.<br>Lisa France somehow managed to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by calling. She was blunt, dismissive, and came across as though she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Any hope of actually receiving help disappeared within minutes.<br>If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel like your concerns are a burden rather than their job, then you’ve come to the right place. It’s genuinely impressive how someone working in customer service can make a customer feel so unwelcome.<br>Needless to say, I won’t be dealing with her again

He was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and genuinely looked after everyone involved.<br><br>Our situation was quite unique, but Tim was flexible, understanding, and did everything he could to help us get our dream home which we have just got the keys to.<br><br>I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and never once made us feel pressured, which is something we've experienced with other estate agents in the past.<br><br>Tim also recommended David Bunn, who were fantastic as well. Having everyone work so well together made a huge difference.<br><br>What is usually a very stressful time was made smooth and exciting largely down to Tim!
