   I switched to Knight Frank from another estate agent. Whilst this attracted a higher rate of commission, the level of service, attention to detail, communication and quality of interaction of all the team at the Sherborne office was worth every penny. I am particularly grateful to Luke Pender-Cudlip who provided exactly the required level of support throughout the process. This was extremely important to me and Luke steered me though the entire journey in a sensitive and friendly way securing an excellent sale.    I do not recommend the Agency to rent any real property. from November 2019, I am asking for repair of the property where there is mold, etc., I lost a lot of furniture, a children's bed because everything attacked with mold. I lost over £ 1000 on my property for furniture that had to be thrown into the trash. my daughter already landed 3 times in the hospital because of the mold in the flat. but the agency did nothing, I got the landlord's number and with all the problems I'm contacting him now because it's not worth trusting this agency. and the landlord did not know about anything for over a year that he was a problem…. that's how they care about the people in this agency.!    We have used Connells Estate Agents in Yeovil for some years now. They have always been most efficient, honest and trustworthy. They were super at finding prospective purchasers during lockdown in 2021 when we were selling our house. They were punctual and reliable for conducting viewings and found a buyer super quick. Always giving us feedback and keeping us well informed. We highly recommend them, in particular James who is top of his game and of course Mark the Manager who always makes himself available for any queries. We continue to use them and recommend them.    Danni at Connells Yeovil was extremely helpful in getting our property rented out. She arranged the safety checks and inspections which made it a lot easier for me as I did not have the time to do this myself. Danni deserves 5 stars for all her effort! The only reason why I am leaving Connells 4 stars in this review is to do with getting my name wrong 4 times in the tenancy agreement. This is the fault of their head office that deals with this. The head office keeps getting it wrong despite my several emails to them with the correct spelling!... Read more

   Terrible customer service, had rats and mice in the house which took them weeks to sort. No credit checks on residents and even had the landlord and his family move in with us for a few weeks while they were renovating the house without any warning. The landlord even verbally attacked me when confronted to which Martin and co did nothing about, instead the evicted me. Terrible experience all round... Read more
