From the valuation with Mark to completion the whole team were excellent but in particular Adele and Emma provided a very responsive and informative service. They worked well with our buyers and both solicitors to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. It was a long chain and they were well informed and really helped moved the sale along. I also bought my next property with them and again received excellent service. In particular the service provided was very personalised and the wider team were also well informed and helpful about my sale.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.

We sold our property within days of the property going live and this was certainly helped by the property description and the 360 degree virtual reality tour. Andrew is highly professional and knowledgeable, plus he is supported by an expert team.
20th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

I recently sold my house through the Blackburn office team and they were fantastic, always reachable when I needed to speak to anyone, and everyone in that team always go the extra mile. We also bought our new home through Stones Young Clitheroe, and again both Sarah and Jack were brilliant, the exceptional and consistent service is what makes them the best in the area, and the management team should be very proud. They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.

Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! I'm grateful for how smooth and positive my experience has been so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies Properties to anyone looking to rent/have their property managed. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel valued as a tenant!

9th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
