They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking. When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring. All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

25th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! It is reassuring to know they are always there to help me when needed. Maisie is always on the ball and sorts things out when needed in a matter of minutes rather than hours. She is always polite and helpful either on the phone, in person or by email and never lets her high standard of customer service drop - she is a true asset to the running of the business.

Everyone around here advised not to use WBW Surveyors as they have a habit of leaving the meter running!

They even let us view the house for a second time on a Sunday with our little girl to confirm some bits. Absolute pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future (if we ever brave the stress of house moving again haha)

They both go above and beyond no matter what! 5 star service all the way! They care about buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords but they also invest time and care in the local community. They know through customers and families and I will be forever thankful for every single thing they do for me. Personally and professionally. Amazing! It's all about service and you are both wonderful. ????????
