11th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I can’t give enough praise to Winkworth Penn Hill. From the second Neil walked to my house, I had a gut feeling I would use them. I had two other agents booked but didn’t even bother with the third agent. The commission is excellent, the photographs taken of my house was excellent+ and the marketing of my house has been amazing the staff are all lovely and so very helpful and encouraging. I’ve had about 9 viewings in 6-7 days and so much positive feedback. Winkworth have definitely gone the mile and a half to sell my house for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 11 out of 10.

1st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would

25th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)They did what I am paying them to do and they remained patient and helpful. They were sometimes let down by lack of feedback from customers which is not their fault. A long process but got there in the end amd thanks to everyone there????????????????????????
8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.

Sarah was incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings and was always happy to answer our questions. She provided all the information we needed throughout the process, helping to make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. Within just two days of listing the property, they had arranged an impressive number of viewings, and a suitable tenant was secured within 72 hours. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceptionally well managed.
