Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there are delays and complications further down the chain, but Owen was fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>He was always approachable, responsive and kept me updated, even when there wasn’t necessarily any good news to give. He went above and beyond to keep things moving and liaise with everyone involved, and I always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the sale completed rather than simply seeing it as another transaction.<br><br>The sale wasn’t without its challenges, but having Owen as the estate agent made a huge difference. He was professional, reassuring and incredibly helpful from start to finish.<br><br>A massive thank you to Owen for all his hard work - I really appreciate everything he did and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

As our sales progressor, she worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, keeping everything moving even when things became challenging.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, she was always proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her determination, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference to the whole process.<br><br>We genuinely don’t believe we would have reached exchange without Leanne’s persistence and hard work. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about getting the job done.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I generally prefer to give companies the benefit of the doubt and avoid leaving negative reviews, but our experience as buyers with Palmer Snell has been genuinely appalling.<br>?The level of communication from the sales team is beyond poor. Emails sent to Anthony repeatedly go unanswered, and getting through on the phone is a constant struggle. On one occasion, I spoke with Magda and gave her details regarding our purchase, but no action was ever taken. To make matters worse, Anthony scheduled a second viewing for my husband, forgot about it entirely, and left the seller to conduct the viewing herself.<br>?Due to the total lack of transparency and responsiveness from Palmer Snell, we were forced to contact the vendor directly. Unsurprisingly, she is just as dissatisfied with their service as we are.<br>?I must highlight the abysmal service from Anthony, the office manager. We found him to be arrogant, rude, argumentative, and overly dismissive when discussing structural and building queries. The experience has been so stressful that I can no longer bring myself to speak to the office, leaving my husband to handle all communication. If this transaction falls through, it will be entirely down to the agent’s incompetence.<br>?While there seem to be positive reviews for their lettings department, the sales team is a completely different story. Their lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer care is deeply frustrating. Whether you are buying or looking to instruct an agent to sell your home, I strongly advise avoiding Palmer Snell. In the future, any property listed with them will be an immediate red flag for us.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

23rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.

His efficient approach and excellent communication skills were a huge help and it made a very difficult situation much easier to cope with. His intervention at key point of the sale was invaluable in order to keep the process on track. Although I had limited communication with his team they were also very helpful and responsive. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Mudeford Estate Agents.

After being messed around with slow comms and cancelled on last minute multiple times by a popular letting agent in Poole for a flat we really wanted, we messaged LYH to view a flat in the same building and had a response on WhatsApp straight away + out of office hours. Viewing was arranged in a day’s time, and the experience was great from viewing to communication that followed. Really appreciated the speediness, personal approach and genuineness!
