9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Proctors sold my first home in Sidcup in August 2026 and I would recommend them without hesitation. Nick in particular was outstanding from the very first valuation right through to completion.<br><br>The care taken over the marketing was obvious straight away. The photography was genuinely excellent and showed the flat at its best, and the listing was accurate and well written rather than the usual copy and paste. That effort paid off in the quality of the viewings we had.<br><br>Where Nick really stood out, though, was everything that came after the offer. He kept us updated and informed at every stage, and just as importantly he explained what each step actually meant and what our options were, which made a real difference when we had decisions to make. He was always easy to get hold of and never left us chasing him for an answer.<br><br>Ours was not a straightforward sale, and Nick and the wider team at Proctors were relentless in the best way, chasing and liaising with the solicitors on both sides to keep everything moving and to make sure nothing slipped. He was proactive rather than reactive, and more than once he had already picked up an issue and started sorting it before we even knew about it.<br><br>Selling your home is a stressful thing to do. Having Nick and the team at Proctors handling it made it far less so, and I am very grateful. Thank you!

2nd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.

Philippa (sales progression) brought an air of calmness to what can be a very stressful process and handled challenges in a way that was fair to both sides. Lisa went over and above to let us view the property when we wanted and even popped over to help us out on move in day. I would definitely use Alan de maid in future

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. She was incredibly supportive, understanding, and patient, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and always keeping me informed.<br><br>Even though I ultimately decided the area wasn’t quite right for me, Shannon’s help and professionalism never wavered, she made the whole journey stress-free and treated me with such care and respect. They did not even call me to let me know if it was cancelled or for whatever reason. I even called them on the same day, a few hours back, to ask about something which I assumed they were reminded about our appointment. What a waste of time, effort and resources.

2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
