I was selling from a distance and they helped with property checks and meter readings.<br>I was kept up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Highly recommend.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>Having had a few less-than-positive experiences with estate agents previously, we were a little nervous about finding a rental in an area we didn’t know at all. Moving from Gloucestershire to Somerset, with a new school and so many other things to organise, felt like a lot to take on.<br>From the moment I spoke with Lisa, however, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable and responsive. Communication was quick and straightforward, and she made the entire rental process feel remarkably straight forward.<br><br>She also has a really excellent selection of properties, and we are absolutely delighted with the home we’ve ended up renting. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find.<br><br>Moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with an estate agent, so finding someone who was genuinely helpful, friendly and straightforward made such a difference to us. Our experience could not have been more positive, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>A huge thank you — we really appreciate everything you did to make our move to Somerset such a smooth and pleasant experience.
