From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to support us through what can be a very stressful moving process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lynne, who even worked on her day off to help get our move over the line. She found us a new removal company at the last minute, chased solicitors, and did everything she could to make sure everything stayed on track. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her.<br><br>We'd also like to thank Robin, who was with us every step of the way, from our very first viewing right through to moving day. His support, communication, and reassurance throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.

I was selling from a distance and they helped with property checks and meter readings.<br>I was kept up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Highly recommend.

We are first time buyers and Kathryn, Eira and Wendy were particularly helpful and kind during this process. Kathryn rang us in advance and made sure we had enough time to survey the house properly and both Eira and Wendy were friendly and no question was too silly. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get on the property ladder.

From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, informative, and always available, with quick and clear communication at every stage. They were especially proactive in regularly chasing solicitors on our behalf, which made a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful and uncertain process. Most importantly, they kept us fully informed every step of the way, so we were never left wondering what was happening next. We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You
