From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!
4th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Davies & Way have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole team - Steve, Ellen, Polly and Jo - are all super knowledgable, proactive, friendly and understanding. Steve took incredible photos of our home leading to multiple offers in a short period of time. Jo is amazing with viewings - so passionate. Ellen and Polly have just been absolutely fab - thank you for putting up with all my questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Way - the house we're buying was also through another D&W branch and they were equally great.

They handled communication very well during what was a particularly difficult sale with complex circumstances on both sides. Throughout the process, they kept us consistently updated and made sure we were happy at every stage. No request was too much for them, and all leads were followed up promptly. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, informative, and always available, with quick and clear communication at every stage. They were especially proactive in regularly chasing solicitors on our behalf, which made a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful and uncertain process. Most importantly, they kept us fully informed every step of the way, so we were never left wondering what was happening next. Their communication and support were outstanding, helping to drive things forward and keep everything moving smoothly. We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

27th May 2026 (22 days ago)Incredibly poor service. Book a viewing for a house, and given a future date (about 4 weeks later) that we could move in. Only to be latterly told that the date is the date that the owner is having an electric survey done, and we couldn't move in. And that the result of the survey may mean additional works need to be done. Resulting in even later access. Obviously everyone want sot live in a safe house. SO WHY PUT IN ON THE MARKET AND ACCEPT MULTIPLE VIEWINGS, only to mess those viewers are for over a month. Unprofessional, unapologetic, time wasting, fools. Despite being told by Peter Greatorex to take our formal complaint to the ombudsman, it turns out that his company isn’t registered with the ombudsman. That should tell you all you need to know.

21st May 2026 (28 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

From the very first viewing right through to completion, he was so friendly, easy to talk to, and always there when we needed him. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always quick to come back to us if we had any questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help things move along. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Tom made it feel so much more manageable. He was always reassuring and just really good to deal with from start to finish. We’re really grateful for all the support from Tom and gth, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
