Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. From the very beginning he was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to respond to every question. The whole rental process was clear, smooth and handled with great care. Matthew went above and beyond to make everything easy — he explained every step, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the agreement reflected exactly what was discussed. Even after receiving the keys, he acted immediately when I reported small issues and arranged help straight away. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a property or working with First4rentals. Excellent service!

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.<br><br>Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. 1st Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.
