Special thanks to Abi the Sales Progressor who was brilliant throughout - always keeping us updated, answering our questions promptly, and working hard to keep everything on track. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!
22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

They stood out because they weren’t pushy at all — they simply provided the information and waited for me to contact them in my own time.Viewings were organised smoothly, and feedback was always passed on quickly. Communication with Kelly, Jodie, and Victoria has been excellent throughout; they’re responsive, down?to?earth, and explain everything in plain English, breaking down any jargon so you always know exactly what’s happening.<br>I had a couple of offers that didn’t work out, but the team were supportive and gave clear advice on how to move forward. During the final sale, their communication remained consistently strong — keeping me updated and answering any questions I had straight away.Such a friendly, professional, and genuinely approachable team. 1st Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!
