Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

They were efficient, excellent communicators, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>My house sold within 24 hours of going on the market and for more than the asking price. Despite challenges with our onward purchase and receiving very few updates from the other estate agent involved, Chloe and her team went above and beyond to chase information on our behalf and keep things moving.<br><br>Their professionalism, dedication and support made a stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I sold my house through HAUS Chesterfield, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were confident about the value of my home, even though another estate agent told me I should list it for £10,000 less. HAUS Chesterfield achieved the higher asking price, and I accepted an offer from only the second viewer.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth and genuinely stress-free. Having sold property before, I was expecting months of chasing people, constant phone calls and unnecessary stress, but this couldn’t have been more different. Everything was handled professionally, communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt like everything was in safe hands. All I really had to do was answer the odd phone call and complete a few bits of paperwork.<br><br>The whole team at HAUS Chesterfield were fantastic from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way, were always friendly and approachable, and made what is usually one of life’s most stressful experiences feel effortless.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HAUS Chesterfield to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. On the day Lewis provided a thorough and professional assessment of the property and as a result we were able to make a decision on future plans for the property.<br>Lewis is a valuable asset to the company and his skillsets are of the highest level.
