2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .

As we went round<br>He definitely wasn't pushy nor any sales person pitch patter!! 21st Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

From the very start, we were impressed by their warm, family-run approach and the genuinely lovely team behind the business. Carl’s description of our property was exceptional, and the photos for our listing were equally impressive. He was always friendly, quick to reply, and took the time to explain everything so we knew exactly what was going on. I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.

We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
