The communication was great all the way through and the whole team worked hard to ensure that buyers and we as sellers had all the information we needed. The whole process was much smoother than we feared, as the team went above and beyond to keep everyone to the required timescales. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Youngs again.

SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

The communication was second to none and we knew what was happening at every stage. Tom facilitated between Conveyancers ensuring we moved on the chosen date. The fees were competitive and the service was 1st class. I would 100% recommend Newfield Estate agents based on our experience.

It wasn't a straightforward sale but they were always there quickly with very professional advice and good online systems. Charlotte in particular was very on top of local data and experience for her valuation (and everything else).
