4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

Originally went through them 10 years ago to set up rental agreement as a tenant and over the years they've handled tenant changes etc well. Recently been switched to them managing our rental rather than the landlord and have been very happy with the experience. Amye has been particularly approachable and helpful with queries and repair requests.
10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.
6th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn. I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone. A big thank you to all at the Kinver office. Billy Pooler

We had a very unpleasant experience with the selling process and Lee Shaw provided an excellent professional service. Keeping us fully informed and up to date of developments.I would use them again to sell our property.

No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

Would not recommend them to anyone- 8th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

7th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)After many years of renting with half arsed landlords/estate agents we found the most beautiful property up for let in the middle of Kingswinford, with Connells in Stourbridge. When we first viewed the property in question we were greeted by Katie with a lovely welcoming smile, and a professional handshake, which was so pleasant! Throughout our process with this property we have had nothing but excellent service from the apprentice Katie. She has been amazing with us. She always kept us in the loop at every single stage of our tenancy application with a simple phone call, her dedication for her clients is unmeasurable, our experience with Connells has been so easy for us with this property. Not to mention after the years of renting prior to this, we have never had such a professional, easy application process like this before. Katie went above and beyond for us the entire time and we are so grateful. When we arrived to collect our keys for our move in date, Katie completed all of the necessary requirements quickly and we were given a move in hamper!! Filled with lots of goodies for us and our new home. Katie is an absolute CREDIT to Connells in Stourbridge, her professionalism and duty of care for her clients is second to none, that good that I never even knew she was an apprentice until i saw it on her email when we moved in! She is an asset to Connells! Thankyou for everything Katie, we appreciate everything you have done for us and we are nice and settled now in our beautiful home! Millie x

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
12th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Our first mistake was to be talked into using their in-house solicitors because "it would be more efficient and it would be easier to contact them to follow up queries". The buyers also used the same firm of solicitors. It took 4 months for them to sell the property from when the offer was accepted to when we actually exchanged contracts. This included almost a month to verify our identities because we had to use a portal that wasn't fit for purpose. As there was no upward chain and we were selling to first-time buyers it should have taken half this time. The photographs on the brochure were good but we had to edit the captions because of the number of errors in it. We had to conduct the viewings ourselves because staff were unavailable. The property wasn't displayed in the window, and when I asked why I was told that "no-one looks in the window!" After the property was on the market for 2 weeks, they wanted to lower the asking price. Some emails were sent in error - one regarding the sale of another property! Weeks would pass without any progress having been made. Communication was very poor (during this time the buyers had 3 different solicitors handling their purchase) and we were never sure that the buyers were still interested in purchasing the house. Even the day before we completed they were asking for documents verifying my husband's identity! The whole experience was very stressful and the delays proved costly to us. The service we received from AP Morgan was not worth the fee charged.

She was able to meet nearly all of the prospective buyers, despite being on holiday for part of the time, which I found very helpful when deciding who to sell to.
3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Excellent service and communication from the first meeting to completion. Stan and team updated us on progress throughout the process and liaised with our solicitors and the buyers solicitors seamlessly. If I need to buy or sell again I will be using Re/max
