Shockingly abysmal service with poor communication and outright rudeness/disregard for the client.
1) Never cared to explain their procedures.
2)Despite my repeatedly asking for explanation/communication, outright refused to answer my telephone calls.
3) Extreme difficulty contacting thier staff. VEry rare for office phone to be answered; exceptionally rare for mobile phone to be answered. Often felt I was talking to a wall!
4) Many microdepartments within the company with no one point of communication for the client. Instead I had to speak to one person for finding a client, another for agreeing rent, a third for the contract etc, giving the client an uneasy sense of 'passing the buck'.
5) Generally, when a client asks a question, it is preferable to listen then answer. And not to ignore then act in isolation without the client's awareness, assuming you know what is 'best for the client'. Until you have listened to a client, you cannot assume you know their ask of you!
Clients are not stupid and do not deserve to be disrespected as such.
6)In summary, whilst you deliver your duty, the way in which it is delivered is APPALLING! Abysmal communication and sheer disrespect resulting in a most distasteful experience.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS company to anyone.
Interestingly my tenant also said Centrick was the worst agent she had ever dealt with. I only just met the tenant but this independent view substantiated my own experience.
