Their approach is refreshingly different from your typical estate agent, offering genuine advice and a consultative, personal service without ever feeling pushy. Sam and Anne have been fantastic throughout, making the whole experience feel straightforward and stress free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 100% recommend! Connor & Charlotte

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience selling our property with Christopher Stokes. Jon and the team were in consistent communication and quick to give feedback and guidance. The team also did a great job with our online listing, looking at our advert we nearly put a bid in on ourselves. Much thanks to the entire team.

28th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)? Review for Christina at Roffeys Estate Agents Christina has been a pleasure to work with supportive, responsive, and incredibly dedicated. She often went the extra mile, even working after hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Her communication was always clear, and she managed our expectations with honesty and professionalism. We really appreciated her patience and persistence, and how she kept the process moving even when things were uncertain. Thank you, Christina, for all your hard work and care it really made a difference.

17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a really great experience selling our house with Davis homes, Chris was so helpful from start to finish and made the process stress free, he was always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Davis homes and would use them again if we need to sell a property in future
25th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL
12th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Outstanding professional service was given by Elite Homes. I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.
27th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Very professional and courteous service from Jacqui and team.

2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Call this company and you will understand how incompetent they are. Trying to force you to register for properties they are not even the agent for.
12th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have dealt with Jacob at Westwood keener and he’s great from start to finish. Communications is never an issue. Thank you
15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)From start to finish Oliver was my main point of contact and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help throughout the process! Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
28th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)The Rainbow Team at Waltham Abbey, lead by Rebecca, are very friendly and professional. Have both bought and sold with Rainbow and would highly recommend.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
8th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Very proficient. Under offer in 8 weeks
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Communication was good at the start of the process and steadily declined over the weeks, They used our house photo when they had a guess the property game amongst themselves and posted on social media without any communication to us prior to or after posting , viewings carried out without any enthusiasm
17th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very good
8th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We used Oak estates to rent and can honestly say the most amazing team, within a week all processes were sorted and we were able to move it. Fast and reliable I highly recommend !
