16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a great experience with this letting agency. Shermaine organized the viewing and guided me through all the paperwork with professionalism and care. The whole process was smooth, clear, and handled quickly. Her prompt responses made everything stress?free. Really appreciate the high?quality service.
24th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
7th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Finding the right estate agent to sell a property can be challenging, but I was fortunate to work with Martin of Stevenette Estate Agents. Martin was courteous, respectful, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. He is a consummate professional—thorough, meticulous, and highly knowledgeable about the current market. Throughout the entire sale process, Martin kept me fully informed, ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. His communication and dedication made the experience smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Martin and Stevenette Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.
27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would recommend the Kirby Colletti team. Freddy, Michael and Nino did a great job with my recent house sale and purchase and I felt supported and informed at every stage of the process.
24th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would sincerely like to thank the two amazing ladies, who got me to the end of my house buying journey. Jenny and Geena , with your kindness, patience understanding and support you got me to the end. Fantastic teamwork at Intercounty , you should all be very proud. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting my e across the finishing line.

10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Great team, very responsive and helpful. Would recommend! Thank you so much
16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers
2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have recently moved into a rental property in the Hoddesdon area and from start to finish to process has been nothing but plain sailing. I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.
15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I recently bought a house through Lanes and received a great service. They did everything they could to keep both myself and the vendor happy. Kevin went the extra mile to make sure the sale progressed as quickly as possible.
15th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Jesse has been great with managing our rental agreement
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Acceptable experience

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

Peter Cuffaro Estate Agents - Hertfordshire
19 High Street, Stanstead Abbotts, Herts, SG12 8AA(92 reviews)
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)A quick message in support of Peter Cuffaro and his team. I wasn’t even buying my house through Peter, but a friend recommended I chat to him while we were going through conveyancing hurdles and his guidance and support was exceptional. He took time to speak with me on multiple occasions, gave me practical advice to power through road blocks with solicitors, and is overall clearly an expert in his field. If I were in the position to buy or sell again I would absolutely give Pete a call based on the first class support he gave me totally out of the goodness of his heart.
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)????? Highly recommend Akash at The Property Club

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.

His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I look forward to working with him again on my future property investments.

Thank you again, Akash!
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Alfie is nothing short of brilliant! From the initial viewings right through to completion, he was always available whenever I needed him, offering support, reassurance, and guidance every step of the way. His personality, professionalism, and genuine care were absolutely sensational. ??????

Thank you so much, Alfie, for all your help in getting my house sold. You truly are the best estate agent, going above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A huge thank you to both Kyrie and Alfie for everything you’ve done. Your hard work, dedication, and personal touch have meant so much to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Highly recommend! ??
