24th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

He is a consummate professional—thorough, meticulous, and highly knowledgeable about the current market. Throughout the entire sale process, Martin kept me fully informed, ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. His communication and dedication made the experience smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Martin and Stevenette Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.

16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
19th May 2026 (5 days ago)I used this company to manage 2 of my properties. The only management was to have the tenants pay into their account, take their cut and transfer to me. After 2 years, I took over the management myself. They then refused to forward the inventory reports, which I had paid them for! Beware!

11th May 2026 (13 days ago)Lifestyle Properties have been a breath of fresh air compared to previous estate agents I’ve dealt with. From the start, Michelle was lovely when we first enquired about the property and the whole process was smooth. Since moving in, the team have been responsive and proactive whenever we’ve had issues. We had a lock failure and they arranged for a locksmith to come out the next day. There were also a number of repairs needed around the flat, and they sent a handyman out to inspect everything, take pictures, and then come back to start fixing the issues. For anything that needed extra parts or further approval, they kept us informed rather than leaving us chasing. I also mentioned on the day that the boiler thermostat wasn’t working. The handyman took a picture, reported it back to Lifestyle Properties, and they were able to approve a quote and get it fixed. We also had an issue with the oven overheating, and they managed to get that scheduled in for repair too. Ben has been really helpful throughout, and overall the experience has been efficient, professional, and reassuring. It makes a big difference dealing with an estate agent that actually gets things done. Thank you

We had an unusual Grade 2 listed building to sell and we had tried several other agents but nobody matched the amount of viewings that Shepherds provided. Therefore we had confidence that they would eventually get us a sale - and they did! A big thank you to Adam and the team, in particular Nathaniel and Ava - always friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Shepherds to give your property the care and attention it needs to get the right people through the door.
