The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

His communication was first class, always keeping us updated, chasing solicitors and other parties when needed, and ensuring we always knew exactly where things stood. Peter and Ted showed professionalism at all times, and went above and beyond. The sale was smooth and stress free.<br>I am now selling my own house (different area otherwise would have used Peter Cuffaro) and I can definitely say the service from Peter and Ted was 1000% better than my current estate agent.
