Hannah has been fantastic from start to finish, including after having bought the property when we ran into some issues with energy supply, she was on the phone evenings and weekend going above and beyond. 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Great team!
2nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)House moves are generally stressful and prone to all sorts of problems and our latest, moving from Dorset to Devon has been no exception. Briefly we pulled out of a purchase and didn't want to lose our buyers so decided to rent for a few months, something we haven't done in years. We checked out some properties and then contacted Colwills about one that had just appeared on Right Move. From the start the whole process was handled in an efficient, friendly and relaxed manner. I can't speak highly enough of the people working at the firm. The whole transaction ran on rails and what could have added unwelcome extra anxiety proved to be the polar opposite. Top effort and highly recommended. PS as a sideline they can even direct you to the best pasty shop in Bude. :-)

Always professional, even when it gets stressful, Helen was a godsend and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

29th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)Cannot fault Stags from the moment of putting the property on the market to completion. We were kept informed every step of the way from viewings to offers and were always given good advice. Stags were willing to go the extra mile by checking on the property as we live some hours away and they even did the final meter readings for us - most appreciated! The staff were always welcoming whether in person or over the phone and we would highly recommend them.
9th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Despite my house not fitting the criteria of those Jackson-Stops typically sell, James very kindly visited to assist with guidance. He passed onto me a list of architects, one of whom is now assisting me with the best way to tackle the issue of creating parking. There was no gain for James to visit to him so I am very grateful.

19th Apr 2024 (1 day ago)Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy. Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Very poor service and communication! First rang the company to organise a viewing for two flats for sale on 23rd Feb was told the sales team member would call back. The following week I rang back as I had not heard anything, was told they were trying to reach the tenants to organise a viewing this was about a month ago. Still now I haven't heard anything back. Terrible shame

20th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I can’t think of any faults, they were informative with clear communication as well as being kind and supportive. Special shoutouts to Becky and Holly who I felt gave such a personal approach it felt like I was working with a friend. We viewed about 5 other properties before speaking with bond oxborough and I can confidently say that bond oxborough offer much more of a friendly and professional service. Thank you so much guys you are doing such a great Job x

This included clear advice so that I could understand my obligations, the necessary checks and inspections and the letting agreement itself. They did an excellent efficient job, communicating well with myself and tenants throughout the process and staying within their original budget estimate. They delivered great value for money and I can thoroughly recommend BOP to anyone with property to let in the Torrington area.
