13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)These guys do an amazing job. I purchased a do-er upper large house from them, and Kieran put in so much effort to make it go smoothly. From the initial house tour specially scheduled to our schedule to handling my unusual offer, Kieran really went the extra mile.<br><br>Whilst other agencies would probably have said 'here is a form to fill out' and left it at that, Kieran handled the whole process and dealt with the internal company paperwork and processes with ease.<br><br>Every few days Kieran was checking in with us (buyers) but also with the sellers, both sets of solicitors, various surveyors, etc - figuring out who was holding up the process and getting things moving again.<br><br>The total amount of work done was high compared to the selling fee - I'd say one is getting good value for money here too.

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. Outstanding service for buying, selling and finance advice.

Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve been so impressed with Owen from Milburys W-U-E from our first meeting, friendly, knowledgeable & understanding of us needing an extra viewing with our special needs child, this was quickly accommodated.<br>Owen was communicative throughout & again was a conduit for the practical stuff that really helps like if the Quooker tap does chilled water as well as boiling?? Important right?<br>He’s been fantastic & we would definitely have no hesitation recommending Milburys for sale or purchase to friends & family.

Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

The agents also brought a personal touch to the selling process which made them people I was very happy to trust with my home. Highly recommend to anyone selling a property.
9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)With particular reference to Lucia Guillaca, who at the time was based at the Butler Sherborn office in Cirencester and has since moved to Burford, my husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience in buying our lovely stone cottage in Fossebridge. Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. 27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We changed to Perry Bishop after being with another estate agent for 5 months and not having any viewings for 3 months.<br>We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

Clare goes above and beyond to ensure everything is actioned in a timely manner, to keep everyone in the loop, to follow up questions, sort out issues and to keep facilitating communication between all relevant parties, including the professionals. Often beyond what the job description requires. Thrown in with her professionalism is a great sense of humour.<br>There is a great support act from all the team at Peter Joys.

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.

13th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
