4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I enquired by phone about a property, but unfortunately I didn’t find the experience particularly welcoming. The call felt quite rushed, and I came away with the impression that there wasn’t much interest in helping with my enquiry.<br><br>It’s a shame, as I’m looking to build relationships with local agents for both current and future opportunities. Even if I’m not in a position to proceed with a particular property straight away, good customer service and a helpful approach would definitely encourage me to come back in the future.
5th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with John Goodwin. I dealt with Sam, who throughout the process was really helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and easy to deal with, and did a great job of keeping everything moving along. The end result was a sale I was very happy with, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend.

24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)EO had our flat for 3 months on the market, with no enquiries at all and no viewings. Not even one phone call! They said we had overpriced by £10k (priced at £220k, not the £210k they recommended) but other similar flats were at £220k. They did not seem to understand the good location of our flat, the secure site, the ground floor position overlooking manicured communal gardens, the owned parking place etc. They could not explain why there was no interest at all, and seemed to have no database of potential buyers. Their only suggestion was that we reduce the price. I do not believe that £10k on a flat of this sort was deterring ALL possible buyers. (The service charge on our flat is relatively high, but EO should have been able to deal with this.)

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

Alice, in particular, was there at every step and detail , every day , making sure the sale went along smoothly. She coordinated all the conveyors , and ensured everybody was aware of stages of the process. Really impressive

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Two Rivers Housing association are ignorant to antisocial behaviour, they allow and give permission for the antisocial behaviour neighbours to have parties outside a disabled person's with a severe bad heart conditions house until early hours in the morning 2.30 and 12.16 am , they asked you to download a noise app or record or monitor, only to be told once you have sent them their proof that they can not access the noise app they have told you to download to view the evidence, they refuse to open the videos sent from my phone or recordings because of some excuse of cyber attacks, when you take the evidence to them at their office , they refuse to watch them because the evidence is too stressful to watch ... then they send a letter out to the victim reminding them of their tenancy.. the antisocial behaviour escalates and the neighbours are abusive vocally with death threats and lies to the police about us the victims , the police thankfully recognised this but the neighbour tells me infront of the police that they were given permission by the two rivers antisocial behaviour lady that I have been talking to about our problem , and a matter of fact the lady Kath that has been dealing with this as gone back to and fro telling different things to us what she has claimed she had told them the neighbours, instead she has encouraged this and told us she was telling them to stop their behaviour. If you are thinking of going to Two Rivers Housing, I would not recommend ever. They are not trustworthy when dealing with antisocial behaviour and the way they handle it is very dangerous.

They appreciated its features and that what some people might see as an unruly garden was to us, and to some potential buyers, a great opportunity for wildlife and organic growing. Matt and the team communicated really well with us from the start and were both friendly and professional. I felt we could trust them and they have guided us through the whole process taking away at least some of the stress in what is undoubtedly a stressful time. Many thanks!
