From the valuation to the sale, Peter has given us time, support and the benefit of his extensive knowledge of the market. We are very grateful to him and the rest of the Savills office in Ipswich.
11th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

5th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I just bought a lovely little house in Wenhaston through Flicks in Southwold and it could not have gone any better. Isobel showed us around a few properties and I immediately felt valued as a prospective buyer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had a sense of what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. Sabrina guided us through the sale and is clearly very experienced in dealing with the complexities of contracts, solicitors, the buyers needs and the vendors expectations. Professional estate agents with knowledgeable and passionate staff, a rarity I’m sure. Many thanks to them and a genuine recommendation based on the excellent service and experience I received.
21st Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
2nd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We moved estate agents after our chain collapsed at Christmas. The Beccles team were great - very realistic, very aware and clear sighted, did an excellent job on the new marketing materials. Their communications and reachability were first class. "Unfortunately" a viewer from the previous agency reappeared and after a short bidding war with another previous viewer we have sold to them. I would recommend my previous agency with some reservations, but would recommend Your Move Beccles without reservation.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

Linda Jackson has provided swift and efficient attention to any query I may have had and has carried out thorough inspections to ensure the fabric of the property is kept up to the required standards. I would willingly recommend Winkworth as a letting agent.
