7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)As a tenent with Tennison Property over the last ten years, I always found them a very professional and friendly letting agency. They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.
12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????<br><br>London is notorious for difficult letting agents, but Oliver Whiteford is genuinely one of the best. We rented through him for two years and it was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout - we could reach him constantly via a WhatsApp group anytime, and he was always very quick to resolve any issues that came up. He was consistently transparent and honest in how he handled everything, and always made us feel like a priority as tenants, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was also incredibly accommodating when we ran into trouble with our move-out dates and notice periods, going out of his way to be flexible. Any tenant renting through him is in very good hands. Highly recommend - thank you for everything!
8th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.
26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

Selling or buying the market can be tricky but they went above and beyond to ensure everyone involved – the buyer and the solicitors – played ball. They made sure nothing was too much trouble and their communication throughout was excellent. I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for their Stirling efforts.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! This was genuinely the easiest house search and rental experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend her more — thank you again for making everything so simple and straightforward Liz!

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I would highly recommend Tennison Property as a letting agent. All the staff are very professional and have excellent interpersonal skills. I have used other letting agents in the past but none have managed my property as well. They carefully vetted the tenants and maintained full and reliable control of the property. They ensured I was up to speed with changes in property law and advised how best to proceed in light of the changes, I am delighted that they are still managing my property.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

Alex and Daisy were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and within 2 weeks we had an offer on our house. The communication throughout the process has been excellent.
