20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Tennisons found me tenants, did all the paperwork, viewings and liaising. My agent was efficient, friendly and very helpful. If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.
23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I would highly recommend Pilgrims Estate Agents.Elliot sold my house and took very good care of me.It was reassuring to know l could go to Elliot for help as it was very hard selling my family home on my own.Nothing was too much trouble for Elliot.Also Ollie and James were very pleasant and helpful to me.

8th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.
26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

He took the time to answer all of our questions, was always easy to communicate with, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and straightforward. Christian was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

We really felt that they had our best interests at heart. They helped us not only sell our property, but make the right decision for our family on our onward purchase. We couldn't reccommend them enough.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! This was genuinely the easiest house search and rental experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend her more — thank you again for making everything so simple and straightforward Liz!
