We were very impressed with your proactively and tenacity when things kept getting 'stuck in the mud'. On more than one occasion you pushed through obstacles, ready to pick up the phone and talk to people to find resolutions rather than rely on the ubiquitous email nudge! You should think about the Diplomatic Service if you decide on a career change!????

28th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)I will struggle to say how great Seymour’s were with the sale of my flat. Firstly we all need a Kirsty in our lives to organise everything. Life would be a lot smoother with her calm, friendly, professional manner and her ability to corral all the different parties involved in selling my flat was amazing. The sales team were also wonderful. They got the flat valued accurately, understood what I was looking to achieve and had it on the market very quickly. Only took three weeks to have an accepted offer on it and that included the Christmas and New Years Breaks. The whole team were kind and dealt with all my basic questions easily, in very clear English. This helped greatly in knowing what I was meant to be doing and at what time. All in all a very positive smooth experience and I would recommend them to anyone!!

25th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)We just sold our home through J&J and we couldn’t be more pleased that we chose them. Everything from the initial valuation with Craig, through to the marketing of the property & the after-sales process was beyond fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We had a very tricky onward purchase, and I have to mention Tracy especially for going the extra mile throughout to liaise with solicitors & make a stressful process a lot easier to deal with. She kept me sane in amongst the dramas of moving house! Her advice, guidance & involvement in the process took so much pressure off of us. If you are looking for an Estate Agent then don’t go anywhere else - the team at J&J go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. 10/10 all round, thanks to the whole team for being a lovely, professional and friendly company to deal with!

Ruby handled the negotiations and the correspondence between the owners and lawyers and Quinton did most of the viewings. What an amazing team, Ruby was always quick to respond and kept us informed the whole way and did everything to make both sides happy and Quinton was like something out of grand designs, pointing out all the things we could do with the property and how to maximise the space and opportunities. Felt like we got a bonus experience when buying our first home. Would highly recommend working with this team and enjoy the personal touches that come along the way.

10th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)This agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!

He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer. He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

9th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)WORST experience with their letting agents. Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them: 1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract. 2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving. 3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.
