29th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.

They are flexible, will carry out viewings or let you show potential buyers around if it suits better. Megan is extremely responsive, both via email and WhatsApp which makes everything that little more seamless. Thank you to Megan and the rest who have been involved, I would recommend each time. 1st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)This was the first time I’d sold a house so I was hesitant to use an independent estate agent, but I’m so glad I did!<br><br>I can’t recommend Chris enough. I’d actually made an offer on a house prior to marketing mine so I needed a really quick turnaround and Chris exceeded my expectations. He and his photographer were able to visit the following day and my advert went live very quickly - it was nice to be involved in choosing the photos and wording of the advert too.<br><br>Chris has the experience of mainstream estate agents but is able to provide a more personalised experience in my opinion. His communication was quick, clear and viewings were well coordinated. My house was marketed and sold STC within 5 days!<br><br>Not only is Chris professional and knowledgable, he’s also friendly and very down to earth. I felt comfortable with him in my house and around my family which made a huge difference to my experience. I’ll recommend him to anyone!
