Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, his communication is on point and he gets things done. Do not hesitate if you are considering using Hunters, I would go as far as saying, he is the pull factor when it comes to this branch of Hunters. They are lucky to have him.

5th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)10/10 service from Oli and Megan! I own my own estate agency (not in the Leeds area). So when choosing an agent, I knew exactly what type of team I was looking for. Oli and Megan delivered on everything as promised and provided an excellent standard of service! Thank you to you both for all the hard work with each of our sales! I would highly recommend them both to other local sellers. Thanks Adam ??????

25th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

Martin conducted several viewings with me when I was looking for a flat in the city centre and he was so lovely and really helpful during the whole process of viewings and signing a property. We've had a few maintenance issues in the flat and they've all been dealt with super efficiently. Best experience we've had with a lettings company ??????

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. It has made a real difference.
1st Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

30th May 2026 (28 days ago)I would not use DPSH again. During my purchase transaction, I found the conduct of senior staff disappointing and unnecessarily confrontational. I was described as "shady" and "dodgy" and told that I "didn't understand the market" despite being fully engaged throughout the process, responding promptly to requests, spending over £2,000 on surveys and associated costs, and progressing my mortgage application through to offer stage. When my original buyer withdrew, I immediately explored alternative options and made it clear that I was in a position to proceed without relying on the sale of my own property. Despite this, I was subjected to pressure, arbitrary deadlines, and repeated suggestions that the property would be remarketed. I am fortunate enough to work within the property and financial services industry and was able to challenge this behaviour confidently. My concern is that many buyers would simply accept this sort of treatment and feel pressured into making decisions they would not otherwise make. The most disappointing part is that after all of this, the transaction ultimately broke down when another offer was accepted, despite my position having been clearly explained. This left me having incurred significant costs and invested considerable time into a purchase that I was willing and able to progress. What was most surprising was that many of these comments came from the director of the company rather than a junior member of staff. Property transactions are stressful enough without buyers having their integrity questioned or being subjected to unnecessary pressure. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below the level of professionalism I would expect.
