Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

23rd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.
16th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Saddlers are what all estate agents should be. Very organised and professional yet with the personal touch. Most of all they go the extra mile. They put in the hours and we always felt that they really wanted to help us achieve the best price for our home. Highly recommend.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors and making sure everything ran smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional and so helpful. I could not have asked for a better service from the whole team. This is a team that really cares about their customers and they are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you step through their door. From the beginning, the team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the letting process. A special mention goes to Ammar and Danish from the management team. Their support has been outstanding — they’ve been approachable, quick to respond to any queries, and proactive in resolving issues efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring tenants feel supported. Communication has always been clear and timely, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know that any concerns are handled promptly and with care.
