10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

Manager Mr. Sam has been extremely helpful and supportive from the moment we landed in the UK until we moved into our new home. We stayed in a rental property managed by him for 3 years, and throughout this time the service was professional, reliable, and friendly. Everything was handled smoothly, and we always felt supported. Highly recommended.

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Urban & Rural (Toddington) –<br><br>I had a fantastic experience selling my property in Barton-le-Clay with Urban & Rural’s Toddington branch and couldn’t recommend them enough! Jonathan Howe was brilliant to work with—he’s extremely well-spoken and had excellent knowledge of the local area and properties here. The whole team provided outstanding communication, keeping me fully updated at every stage of the process. I worked with other estate agents before and it was a huge difference—they gave me very little feedback and the process felt impersonal and unprofessional. Urban & Rural were efficient, transparent, and genuinely dedicated to getting the best result. 21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I highly recommend VLS to anyone who is struggling to sell their house. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but unfortunately, they couldn’t even arrange any viewings. The ladies at VLS were different from the start. Professional , friendly, communicative, and proactive throughout the process. They managed to secure a buyer for me after just a few viewings! I’m very grateful for their hard work and excellent service.
4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)This was a terrible experience. I was promised it all and receive nothing. I was told there will be bespoke marketing but I just got a right move and Zoopla add and one social media post. No video even though we suggested it. When the property went on Rightmove there was a “glitch” and the exterior photos were not showing. Nor the floor plan or sizes. After almost a week this got fixed. But the ad wasn’t reset. In less than 2 weeks we were recommended to reduce the price based on a property that sold 2 years ago which was over 1,000 sqf smaller. I was told the agreement was 12 weeks but he had noted 20 weeks and never left me a copy of the agreement. When I gave notice suddenly we had interested parties. I had a toddler and 2 indoor cats and 5,000 sqf to tidy up but he always gave me less than 24hrs notice. Communication was almost like non existence. We would have paid him around 26k yet we had an office number and email to communicate with him. Emails took days office number almost never replied. He was always negative about everything. He then bought on a colleague who was a little more active but still the whole experience was stressful and just dragged. We switched agents and even before the ad went live we had a viewing. Definitely not one I will recommend.

Rob went the extra mile when showing potential buyers and took them around the area to see the local parks, schools and shops. No stress selling with Ginger Cow!
