6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you can choose anyone to help you through the buying process, I’d HIGHLY recommend Branislav. From the beginning he has been attentive, informative and supportive in a multitude of ways. He explains everything A-Z which makes first time buyers, like myself and my partner, feel more in control and understand the process. Branislav communicates well, chases third parties for you and stands in your corner. He even called us late at night when I was asking far too many questions just to put us at ease and get a move on with things. He ensures that you get good value for money on the properties you view and in general is open and honest in all areas of property purchasing. We look forward to the rest of the journey and would thoroughly recommend Bran to anyone starting the process of getting a mortgage, or any other need - he’s more than competent, trustworthy and honest.

7th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

3rd Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

18th May 2026 (20 days ago)We used Hancock’s Estates when we were looking to move across town, and they handled the whole process with a calm, professional manner that really put us at ease. The team were easy to get hold of, kept us updated without us having to chase, and were particularly helpful when a few bits of paperwork needed sorting at short notice. There was a proper sense that they knew the local market inside out, which made a big difference. Not quite perfect, as one or two replies took a touch longer than expected, but overall the service was very solid and the staff were courteous throughout. If you want an estate agent that feels organised, knowledgeable and refreshingly down-to-earth, Hancock’s Estates are well worth considering.

I would recommend using Artisty for your sale, particularly if it’s a period/quirky property. Well done Artistry team!
19th May 2026 (19 days ago)We have now been in our new home for almost 4 weeks and are very happy with what is our forever home. We purchased through Taylor Brightwell and feel incredibly fortunate that we were given the opportunity to buy it after initially missing out. We didn’t sell our property through Taylor Brightwell however the communication we were provided with throughout the whole process from them was excellent especially from Fiona who contacted us on a weekly basis to update us on the progress. We found her knowledgeable and informative and very pleasant to deal with and were very fortunate to have her keeping us informed. Additionally a mention to Clare who we have previously viewed a number of properties with before our final one as she has always been easy going and informative and never made us feel rushed. Overall they made what is a very stressful process a whole lot better.

They gave us good advice, they were open and honest, and they were always swift to respond. They brought some urgency when it was needed but never any pressure, and we always felt they genuinely cared. Their valuation was realistic and they really know the North Bedfordshire market. If you’re considering selling, give them a call/

From the start, they gave a realistic and honest valuation instead of suggesting an inflated asking price, which helped attract serious buyers and kept the process moving smoothly. Their fees were very reasonable, and the level of service was outstanding. They worked closely with both solicitors, kept communication flowing between all parties, and we're always proactive in chasing updates when needed. They also arranged viewings efficiently and handled potential buyers professionally throughout the process. Most importantly, they were always friendly, approachable, and supportive, making what can often be a stressful experience much easier to manage. 21st May 2026 (17 days ago)I always thought estate agents just opened doors until we met Duncan. We’d been looking for the right house for over a year and had very specific requirements for what we wanted. During that time, we had countless estate agents constantly calling us, trying to get us to view every property that came up, whether it suited us or not. Duncan was completely different. Over the course of a year, he only showed us four properties - but every single one genuinely matched what we were looking for, and we seriously considered putting offers in on each of them. Eventually, Duncan found us our ideal home and even came to us with it before it hit the market. Not only did we manage to buy a house we absolutely love, but we also sold our own house through Duncan, via Urban and Rural. We needed a very quick turnaround, and our house was sold within a week of him first coming to see the property for the asking price. From start to finish, the whole experience felt completely different to anything we’d experienced before. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Urban and Rural to anyone thinking about buying or selling in the area.
