They were also reasonable, accurate and upfront about costs from the very first meeting. Daniel in particular was a huge help with everything from viewings, progressing the sale, helping us communicate with our buyers and answering all of our questions. Thank you for making the process so much easier for us ??

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

James, in particular, was a fantastic point of contact — always proactive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even when the things got a bit complicated, the team stayed on top of everything and kept the communication clear. If you’re looking for an agency that is professional and actually moves things along, I’d highly recommend James and the Stotfold office.
3rd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

The team from Jo who values with such enthusiasm , the lovely sales team, who kept me informed after every viewing to Caroline who dealt with everything once a buyer was found are superb. 27th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
