Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. 11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I'd like to Thank everyone at Savills for the outstanding service we received when selling our property, in particular to Richard Brooks who was our point of contact throughout. It was so refreshing to have one person oversee the sale from start to finish which gave it a very personal touch. The attention to detail, professionalism and customer service was second to none. Highly recommended.
5th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)We were renting a property managed by Moon and Co until February this year. During the stay we had no issues but we are still waiting to receive a quote for deductions on our deposit despite having left the property for nearly 2 months. This appears to be a loophole in the deposit protection schemes - where the agent refrains from providing a quote for deductions, your request to receive your deposit is stalled indefinitely unless you pursue a legal route. This is a lot of money that we really need released and we are now not receiving responses to our emails. Our next resort is unfortunately a statutory declaration. Jon Bentham is supposed to be managing this process but there appears to be little incentive for the agent to provide a quote for deductions in a timely manner. Had I known this we would have submitted a statutory declaration as soon as possible. I see based on another review that this has happened for other tenants. I would advise anyone reading this who is a tenant to arrange a statutory declaration on completion of your tenancy to minimise delays in returning your deposit. It is unfortunate that we are being forced to pursue a legal route but at this stage there are no other options.

THIER 110 % PROFESSIONALISM TOWARDS THEIR JOB & MYSELF WAS SO OUTSTANDING I CANNOT RATE ARCHER & CO & THE TEAM THERE HIGH ENOUGH. PURE EXCEPTIONAL EXCELLENCE FROM START TO FINISH. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH LADIES, (ESPECIALLY TO EMMA WHO CONSTANTLY WENT OUT OF HER WAY IN CHECKIN IN ON ME REGULARLY,BECOUSE OF MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES).
16th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.

10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Pink move has been purchased by Peter Alan, nobody told me anything. Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.

We were fully supported throughout the entire selling process with Chris meeting potential buyers at the house, helping to negotiate the best sale for the house and then communicating with solicitors and our buyer to ensure the sale ran smoothly.
