23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)I recently dealt with Metropole Properties and was very impressed with the service throughout. The team were professional, responsive and always available to answer questions, making the process straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market was clear from the outset and they kept me updated every step of the way. I would happily recommend Metropole Properties to anyone looking to buy, sell or invest in property.
26th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Excellent service. Considerate and helpful at all times. Managed to get in a short time the price I requested. Can highly recommend as an agency to sell your home.

29th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Highly recommend. Louis is professional, responsive and always follows through.
25th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Bad valuation no clear feedback. Did not succeed in bringing in many viewers
24th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Disappointing experience with this estate agent. I called to ask about a property, they accused me of being an estate agent! No I just know what I’m looking for… and then never called back.
14th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have rented a property with properties actually for the past 2 years, and my experience has been lovely. Super responsive and have resolved any issues we've had within a few days - special shout out to Dorian who is always willing to drop by and help us out with whatever it is we need. Both our move-in and move out process was great and I would rent with them again if I could. Thank you guys!
11th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.
20th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)That nice
9th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Agent did not sell the property as the market has currently slowed down.
8th Dec 2018 (7 years ago)Nice Teachers and situated in very good Location- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!
12th Sep 2020 (6 years ago)Sai has been extremely helpful in marketing my properties in a very difficult time - the middle of the COVID pandemic. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

26th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)A very professional team. Quick to respond to emails. The flat I'm renting is also very nice modern and clean.
24th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Wonderful experience from start to finish. Jack showed me around and everything was seamless thereafter. Glad I found you guys. Thanks
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
30th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Pearl & Chance are a rare kind of estate agency. From the very beginning I found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, and helpful person, who did everything he could to help me sell my property, making sure I understood the landscape and was making prudent decisions, even when this was counter to the business's interests. Very glad to have found them.
19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I had a great experience renting a wonderful apartment through Property Partners. Everything went smoothly and professionally. A special thanks to Masha Ruziboeva for her outstanding support — her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Property Partners to anyone looking for quality real estate services!
10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Agent wanted a sale at lower price than real value, persuaded seller to accept lower price and refused to do 2 important things at least to try obtain best offers.
