I experienced an incredibly difficult and complex situation trying to secure my rental property, and it easily could have fallen through if it wasn’t for Hamza’s support and sheer determination. What truly set Hamza apart was the way he built a genuine relationship with both me and the landlord. By earning trust on both sides, he was able to successfully bridge the gap and push through every single hurdle. He completely went the extra mile for me, chasing the paperwork and refusing to give up until the keys were in my hand. His communication was flawless throughout a stressful situation, and his commitment to his clients is unmatched. From my very first viewing right through to completion, Darren was incredibly responsive - I could message him with a question at almost any hour and he'd get back to me quickly with a clear, honest answer. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout what can normally be quite a stressful process, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you're buying, selling or letting property, ask for Darren -- he'll take great care of you.

25th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

They’re professional, reliable, and always quick to respond.<br>We rented our first apartment in London through them after moving here, and we’ve now been living in it for almost two years. We really love our apartment and have had very few issues. Whenever something did come up, they were quick to respond and help resolve it.<br><br>We’re especially happy to have worked with James. He’s always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great agency, thank you!
11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing Hilton & Fox at wembley alperton as your letting agent. Unfortunately, my experience with them over several years was very disappointing.<br><br>To be fair, there are a few members of staff who are helpful and professional. However, my overall experience with the few of the staff was poor. I often received rude or dismissive responses, and I frequently had to contact them two or three times before getting a reply. Even after receiving a response, I was often left feeling that my concerns had not been properly understood or addressed.<br><br>What concerned me most was the way repairs, safety, and security issues were handled. Problems could take a very long time to be resolved, and sometimes I felt that there was little urgency or follow-up. As a tenant, I understand that expensive repairs may not always be completed immediately, but tenants deserve clear communication, regular updates, and reassurance that their safety and living conditions are being taken seriously.<br><br>I was particularly disappointed by comments such as, “If it were your own house, would you fix an expensive problem in one day, or would you try to find a cheaper price and wait?” I found this attitude very frustrating. The issue isn't necessarily about expecting everything to be fixed immediately; it is about how tenants are treated and communicated with while waiting for a solution.<br><br>I don't want to name individual staff members because I don't want anyone to lose their job. However, I genuinely believe the company needs to provide better training and make it clear that tenants should always be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. Whatever pressures staff may be dealing with, those should never result in tenants receiving rude or dismissive treatment.<br><br>Looking back, I wish I had made a formal complaint much earlier. My advice to anyone considering renting through Hilton & Fox is simple: pay close attention to how they communicate with you from the beginning. If you receive a rude, dismissive, or unsatisfactory response, don't just accept it—raise a complaint and ask for the matter to be properly addressed.<br>Unfortunately, I continued to experience the same problems throughout my tenancy, right up until the end.<br>Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. Tenants deserve to feel that their concerns, safety, and security matter. Based on my personal experience, this is an area where Hilton & Fox needs significant improvement.

He has been incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, due to reason on my side, we couldn’t proceed with the property this time. I truly appreciate his support, patience and the way he treated us. I also discovered today that some of his messages had gone into my unknown senders folder, which I had unfortunately missed. He was very helpful, professional, reliable and supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, and he made everything much easier and less stressful. I am very grateful for his hard work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional agent for properties.

24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
