2nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.

26th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Reviews keep getting reported, and deleted!<br>Text message after text message from them about Karma, and how spiritual and honest they are. While refusing to give me invoices for building works they had managed, and overcharged me for! As I am asking them to negotiate the cost of the roof, they have gone ahead, and started installing the roof! Roofers who replaced roof, threw all the concrete debris into the top floor attic room, through roof opening to save money on a second tip! Only found out after roof had been replaced.
14th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
1st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Do not use this agency. I had the worst experience a few years ago when they tried to keep the whole flats deposit and called the police when I tried to talk to them. I took on a case with the London Renters Union against them eventually and managed to settle the dispute through negotiations. Sad to see they are still just as bad! Avoid!
13th May 2026 (21 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

22nd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve now completed our second commercial property purchase through Nick and Sam and once again the service has been excellent.<br><br>This was a £1.3m+ purchase and there were additional complications due to the property being held within a pension fund. Nick and Sam handled everything extremely well, kept all parties happy and made sure the transaction continued moving forward smoothly throughout.<br><br>They were always easy to contact, including outside normal working hours and were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive.<br><br>This is now the second property we have purchased through them and they have found us two really strong opportunities. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced commercial estate agent.<br><br>5-star service from start to finish.

He has been incredibly helpful and responsive, as well as being friendly and patient. Again, highly recommend!

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.<br><br>Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.

13th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and weren’t familiar with the whole process, but Vishal was always helpful, responsive and happy to explain everything to us.<br><br>He was on point throughout and really helped keep things moving, even chasing our solicitors on our behalf when needed. He made the whole process much smoother and less stressful for us.<br><br>Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Vishal and Daniels Estate to anyone looking to buy a property!

Unlike some of the high street agents I dealt with in Rickmansworth, Tristam didn’t try to overpromise just to win our instruction. He gave me a fair and realistic valuation, and he still achieved the full asking price for me, which is incredible given the current property market.<br><br>What really stood out was the quality of his work. Every viewing was arranged with qualified buyers, and he always arrived fully prepared with the right information so viewers had their questions answered on the spot. No time-wasting, no pressure tactics, no “let’s price it high and then drop it later” strategy. Just honest, smart work.<br><br>Tristam went above and beyond in so many ways, creating brilliant marketing videos, managing communication with buyers, and staying fully involved right through to completion. Every bump in the road was handled calmly and professionally, and the sales progressor, Jo, was also fantastic. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>For the first time ever, I felt proud to pay an estate agent’s fee, because Tristam actually earned it.
