From first viewing, thank you Zoe, to picking up the keys, we were very well looked after and felt that nothing was too much trouble. It was especially useful to be kept informed of the sale as it was going through, thank you Danielle. Knowing that Willsons are still there for you even after the sale has gone through is a great comfort when you are new to the area too. A seamless experience and I would recommend anyone consider Willsons when buying a property in this area, they go the extra mile and really look after you. Thanks to Danielle, Zoe & all the Team

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

The can do attitude in getting the job done was admirable and definitely contributed to getting our purchase over the line a lot quicker than other agents. Would definitely recommend them as an estate agents to use

We changed agents to Fairweather and we saw the positive results from day one. We appreciated their regular contact, even if it was a quiet period. Juan was incredibly helpful and even our buyers commented on the regular updates they had from him. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

28th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.
30th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)from start to finish I was given the best service, even helping me with technical issues which Faye soon had sorted. Communication was second to none and every aspect of my purchase was dealt with kindly and respectfully. Cannot thank them enough, especially Faye.

Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. From start to finish, Sam, the lady assigned to my process, together with the other members of the Lovelle Team, have guided me extremely well right through to my moving into my new home. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have always been happy to help me at every stage of the process. This has meant that the stress of the process has been kept to a minimum, which really helps!
