The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

As a first-time buyer, there were understandably lots of things I wasn’t familiar with, but he was incredibly friendly and approachable, very responsive and always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions ????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown, they’re very hands-on and proactive and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

5th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Grace was friendly and approachable from the off and has been in touch throughout the purchasing process. What we liked the most was that if Grace didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went away and found out rather than making something up. He made the effort to arrange all of my viewings back-to-back on the same day, which has made a huge difference.<br><br>Carson responds promptly, clearly explains the process, and takes action incredibly quickly. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help have been invaluable throughout the process. He has been an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?
