The agent we viewed the property with was knowledgeable, well-informed, helpful, accommodating, and honest with the information they gave us. Lydia was exceptional in pushing the buyers' solicitors of the flat we were selling, despite them being particularly challenging, and managing all the communications with the chain. She was instrumental in getting the sale and purchase across the line and we owe her a debt of gratitude!
10th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.
15th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)We rented through Q for a number of years. All problems were resolved by the Landlord. When we moved out they withheld our deposit for no reason and even when Deposit Protection found in our favour still kept items on the check out form. I ended up paying a fraction of what they demanded and should have had more back but they refused to take some items off even though they confirmed it was not my responsibilty. BEWARE

4th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!
13th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

30th Mar 2024 (19 days ago)The team are very professional and valued my property at the right price ( the same as 3 others) . They advertise on all the main sites and we had quite a few viewings. Two offers and are now sold subject to contract. There were minor communications issues but once we clarified that they have been excellent at getting back to us with any issues and have always responded to emails or calls promptly

From the moment we showed an interest in the house we since bought, nothing was too much trouble . We were give access to the property several times, given very accurate information and liaison between the seller and ourselves was carried out very professionally.

1st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I decided to go with Hunters as Tony was confident he could sell my flat for more than what other agents were offering. And he did! In the end it sold for £5,000 - £10,000 more than what other agents had valued the flat. Tony was a great help throughout the process; He explained all the steps clearly, took brilliant photos of my flat, and always communicated with updates and notifications for viewings. He found a buyer within 4 months of putting it on the market and completed 2 months after that. Making it a very smooth process for me. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Tony. I'm very grateful.

Michael was just fantastic and help us to go through a process of buying our first home from the beginning to the end. It was a hard and stressful road due to our not very good conveyancer who made it difficult for all of us but Michael with his experience was the person who help us a lot and made it happened. Very nice, very helpful and very experience and if we will ever need an estate agency again we will get back to Greenaway Residential Estate Agents& Letting Agents East Grinsted for sure. I would recommend it for everyone. Big Thank you for all your help and effort????
