She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Having that person who connects the people and Solicitors in the chain, making sure everybody responds quickly is vital to making the sale process run smoothly. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.
31st Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We were impressed with their post sales service. We were buying/selling within a chain where Jackson-Stops Oxted was one of the appointed estate agents. We felt that Jackson-Stops were the most diligent of the estate agents in the chain, and they were best at ensuring that all parties in the chain were moving forwards. They seemed most aware of progress and any hitches in the chain at any given point. All fees being equal, we would use Jackson-Stops next time we sell a house.
16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

31st Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
