21st Nov 2019 (6 years ago)waited in all day to inspect. no show. no call.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve been in the rental market for many years, and my experience with the team was hands down the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish, every interaction was friendly, professional, and efficient. Moving can often be stressful, but they made the entire process seamless. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent!

16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
8th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would have liked more feed back and communication whilst we were engaged with Davies Estates
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Had good experience. We got our first house with them

(10 reviews)
14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?
10th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Family company providing personal service. The process took longer than expected because of unique external factors beyond their control. But they stuck with us and sale achieved in a tricky market.
2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Call this company and you will understand how incompetent they are. Trying to force you to register for properties they are not even the agent for.
10th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Really happy
1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Ricky and the team at Balgores Upminster have been professional, helpful, responsive, easy to deal with and great with communication, can't fault them. Got plenty of viewings and several offers within a short time frame.
Knight Bishop
Unit G06, Mare Street Studios, 203-213 Mare Street, Hackney, London, E8 3JS(20 reviews)
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wonderful team to work with. Delaney’s worked hard to ensure our property sold for the right price.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
26th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Felt a higher price could easily been obtained on this desirable semi- detached extended residence, set in a quiet cul- de-sac with parking for 4 cars , plus a detached garage and well kept lawns and gardens.
28th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Frestons were absolutely brilliant in helping us rent our property! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and proactive. We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. Highly recommend their services !
23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Georgia has been very helpful and always answered our questions.
22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Booked a viewing for a property and was cancelled twice. Less than 24 hours before. With no rationale. When attempting to contact staff to speak about this, They were unable to give a response or contacted me

7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We had an excellent experience selling our home and couldn't recommend this estate agent highly enough. Jacob was amazing throughout the entire process. He was always professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Most impressively, Jacob managed to sell our home within just two days of it going on the market. His expertise, communication, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
